Why this exists

When the right people are in the room, things actually move.

San Antonio has strong industries in manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and higher education. What has been missing is a structure that connects them with enough consistency and trust to produce real outcomes.

The Applied Innovation Council is that structure. It brings together senior decision-makers who can commit resources, open doors, and act on what they hear. Sessions are built around specific companies with specific needs, and members engage directly to move things forward.

This is not a forum for discussion. It is a working group built for people who are already doing the work and want to do more of it, faster, with better partners.
