The San Antonio Applied Innovation Council is powered by Emerge and Rise, Inc., a nonprofit Venture Development Organization headquartered in San Antonio. Emerge and Rise serves as the operational backbone for curation, facilitation, and follow-through.
Its role is to ensure the right people are in the room, the right problems are addressed, and outcomes move forward beyond each session.
